By accessing and using Parlsoft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Parlsoft provides professional technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Web Development and Design
• Mobile Application Development
• Cloud Solutions and Infrastructure
• Digital Marketing Services
• UI/UX Design Services
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Technology Consulting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• Remaining 50% upon project completion and delivery
• Monthly payments for ongoing services

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

Refunds: Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely provision of necessary materials, content, and feedback
• Making payments according to agreed schedules
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and access information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.

Parlsoft Ownership: We retain ownership of:

• Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• General knowledge and experience gained
• Pre-existing intellectual property

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We understand the importance of confidentiality and commit to:

• Protecting all client information and data
• Not disclosing confidential information to third parties
• Using client information only for project purposes
• Implementing appropriate security measures

This confidentiality obligation continues even after project completion.

Parlsoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or services
• Force majeure events beyond our control

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for work completed up to termination date
• Client receives deliverables for paid work
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Both parties return confidential materials

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration as final resort

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and professionally.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on our website with updated date
• Communicated to active clients via email
• Effective 30 days after posting

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
